Kindling is a literary website focusing on personal stories and pop culture. It's a space for writers of any level of experience to share work that showcases the infinite variety of human life. It was founded by Jenna Remley in 2021 to act as an online community to read and write about topics people feel strongly about, and collaboratively hone writing talent.
The Kindling logo was designed by Hollie Mudd.
Jenna Remley lives in Northern California, and has been reading and writing stories for as long as she can remember. She studied Literature, Creative Writing, and Linguistics at NYU. Her work has been published in October Hill Magazine (Spring 2017) and on Shakespeare and Punk, and she has self-published writing on Medium and through Tinyletter.
